Job Overview:
RISE is looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Our facility seeks to employ responsible, dedicated, and customer oriented employees. We offer flexible work hours in a friendly, fast-paced environment.Ideal candidates for any position at RISE will be a team player responsible for any of the following: facility maintenance, event setup, membership, daily activity setup, customer service.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about daily events, weekend rentals and workout options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cleaning check list or cleaning duties
